Private Client Account Manager

We're seeking a Private Client Account Manager to join our team, specializing in serving High-Net-Worth clients. This is a crucial support role, working alongside our Account Executives to ensure a seamless experience for our discerning clientele. Key Responsibilities

• Client Servicing : Assist with the day-to-day management of private client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, and policy changes.
• Documentation & Systems : Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic, ensuring all client information and policy documents are complete and compliant.
• Carrier Coordination : Act as a key liaison with top-tier carriers like AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, and PURE to secure quotes and resolve service issues. Experience with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market is a plus.
• Communication : Handle client inquiries regarding billing and claims, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials.
• Proposals & Renewals : Help prepare detailed proposals and coverage summaries, and monitor renewal timelines to prevent any gaps in coverage.
