Associate Human Resources Business Partner
The Associate Human Resources Business Partner will support U.S. practice groups and U.S. HRB Business Partners by delivering full-cycle HR services that align with the firm's strategic goals. This role partners closely with colleagues in HR Centers of Excellence to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. The Associate HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to associates and practice group leaders, providing thoughtful guidance on performance, development, and engagement. This position supports colleagues in Washington, D.C., New York, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Boston.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables :
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to associates across U.S. offices.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver high-quality, personalized support.
- Manage performance review processes for associates, ensuring meaningful feedback and timely feedback is collected and communicated.
- Partner with Learning & Development to identify training needs and implement development initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, morale, and retention through proactive relationship-building and thoughtful interventions.
- Address complex employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and contribute to the development of new strategies and initiatives.
- Use data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 5 years of HR experience in a law firm required.
