Inside Salesperson

Inside Sales Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Inside Salesperson for a company based in Tampa, FL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution company of lumber and building products.

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work one Saturday per month.

Inside Salesperson Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers and generate sales leads through phone calls and in-person interactions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare quotes and manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction.
• Create and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter orders with attention to account details, pricing, discounts, and freight charges.

Inside Salesperson Qualifications and Requirements

2+ years of experience in face-to-face sales, inside or counter sales.

Prior experience in the lumber industry, building materials, doors, hardware, etc.

Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient with computers; familiarity with MS Office is required.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
