About the Role
We're seeking a polished, service-driven Luxury Sales Consultant to join a boutique menswear firm that specializes in bespoke clothing and personal image consulting.
You must deliver an unique experience from consultation through design, to sale and beyond.
This is a hands-on, relationship-oriented sales role. Perfect for someone who values craftsmanship, confidence, and authentic client connections.
The Sales Consultant leads clients through a high-touch, educational process, helping them design custom wardrobes that elevate their personal and professional presence. You'll combine showroom service with proactive business development through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Lead in-person consultations at the Philadelphia showroom.
- Conduct qualification calls and manage the full sales cycle from first meeting to garment delivery.
- Guide clients through a detailed educational and design process.
- Educate clients on fabric, fit, and style options to build confidence and loyalty.
- Network with local professionals and referral partners to grow your book of business.
- Build wardrobe strategies and assist with design and fabric selections.
- Manage CRM follow-ups (30 / 60 / 90-day, 6 / 12 / 18-month milestones).
- Network with professionals (jewelers, wedding vendors, etc.) to generate leads and represent the brand at events and partnerships to expand reach.
- Collaborate with operations and tailoring teams to ensure every detail exceeds expectations.

Professional polish, poise, and exceptional personal presentationHigh emotional intelligence and situational awareness.Ability to connect authentically with classy gentlemen (ages 35–65).You are curious, coachable, and eager to learn the art of custom clothing.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or consultative sales.Organized, service and detail-oriented mindset, calm, attentive, and client-focused.Consistent with follow-up.Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking.Experience in custom-made clothing, luxury, hospitality, or premium services preferred.Bachelor's degree preferred.Schedule & Location
On-site in Philadelphia, PA showroom plus evening and weekend networking events.Tuesday–Saturday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (flexible for client appointments).Compensation
Base Salary : $50,000 + results-based bonus
On-Target Earnings :
Year 1 : $75,000–$80,000Year 2 : ~$100,000Year 3+ : $120,000–$150,000+Benefits
