  • Eligibility Note

    This program is designed exclusively for builders, mortgage companies, real estate brokerages, developers, investment groups, regional banks / credit unions, and large real estate teams who currently operate their own title company or wish to expand with minimum overhead costs.

    To qualify, participants must demonstrate the capacity to consistently produce 30 or more closings per month.

    This model allows qualified partners toscale title operations quickly while minimizing risk and overhead, all under the protection of Peoples Titles compliance umbrella.
