Now Hiring : Maintenance Director

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for keeping facilities safe, efficient, and well-maintained? We are seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee our nursing home's maintenance operations and ensure a comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Maintenance Director What You’ll Do :

Oversee all maintenance, repair, and safety operations
Manage and train the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and inspections
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems

Maintenance Director What We’re Looking For :

Experience in maintenance leadership, preferably in healthcare or long-term care

Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance regulations, and safety standards

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
