Location : Onsite - Three Forks, MT
Schedule : Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Interim HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support across our North American sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-sufficient, and can confidently lead labor relations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The Interim HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting site managers and ensuring HR operations run smoothly during a transitional period.
