Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Secretary to join our team! As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for greeting patients who come in the office, checking them in, and pulling relevant patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls, mail or fax documentation to the appropriate offices, and maintain excellent medical and correspondence records, as appropriate. Make appointments and verify insurances. The ideal candidate is very organized, detail oriented, has strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team.
