Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the full-funnel e-commerce growth roadmap. You will drive initiatives that increase traffic, conversions, repeat purchases, and customer lifetime value while leading experimentation and cross-functional teams to execute measurable improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Own the e-commerce growth roadmap across traffic ? product page ? cart ? checkout ? repeat, prioritizing initiatives based on projected revenue impact.
• Lead high-velocity A / B and multivariate testing across Shopify storefront, apps, merchandising, PDP content, upsells / cross-sells, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
• Instrument and enrich marketing signal tracking end-to-end for key growth channels (Meta, Google).
• Lead referral program features and improve customer experience.
• Drive SEO strategy including technical SEO, content, and AI bot traffic optimization.
• Evaluate and integrate Shopify apps / customizations (subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, payments, localization), manage vendors / partners, and coordinate engineering / design to ship reliably.
• Manage roadmap from strategy, PRD definition, design, and guide engineering implementation and testing.
