Process Engineering Specialist

Overview

We are currently looking to hire a Process Engineer for our client based in Dallas, Texas. The role will focus on the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of pressing and sintering processes within powder metallurgy, supporting large-scale manufacturing operations in a fast-growing, strategically important sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize pressing and sintering processes across powder metallurgy production.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring root cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Conduct data analysis on process performance, recommending improvements to increase yield and reduce cost.
• Lead process improvement initiatives including the adoption of new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Document and maintain best practice operating procedures and process parameters.
