Role Description

Are you a detail-oriented lab professional passionate about clinical diagnostics? Sensiva Health is growing our in-house laboratory capabilities. We're seeking skilled Medical Laboratory Supervisors and Technicians to perform and oversee high-quality testing in our state-of-the-art facility in the following areas : Molecular Infectious Disease, NGS, Chemistry, Hematology, and Toxicology.

This full-time role is based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (near New Orleans Airport), offering relocation support for the right candidate to join our collaborative team.

Qualifications

• MLS or MLP Certification
• Certification from ASCP (Louisiana License can be obtained in 3-5 days)
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field.
• Clinical laboratory experience in at least one specialty area (molecular, NGS, chemistry, hematology, toxicology).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in laboratory informatics and data analysis.
