Job description

Job Description :

Lead cross-functional teams to bring electromechanical medical devices from R&D to scalable manufacturing. You'll own design transfer, mentor engineers, and ensure new products meet all regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead NPI design transfer from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Partners across manufacturing, QA / RA, and marketing for alignment.
  • Ensure FDA and Quality System compliance.
  • Develop technical specs and manage budgets and performance metrics.
  • Mentor and guide engineers through complex technical challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing.
  • Proven success managing design transfer and process development.
  • Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills.
  • Degree : B.S. in Engineering (Required).
