Summary

The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for the successful delivery of mining study projects, ensuring alignment with Worley's policies, client expectations, and contractual commitments. This role manages all phases of project executionfrom early conceptual studies to detailed feasibilitywhile ensuring technical excellence, safety, and financial performance.

With deep knowledge of mining project delivery, the Senior Project Manager drives study quality, fosters strong client relationships, and builds high-performing multidisciplinary teams. This role plays a key part in advancing Worley's Mining, Minerals & Metals (MMM) business by delivering value-driven solutions and enhancing early-phase project development capabilities.

Purpose

To lead complex and high-impact projects that support client and business objectives across the mining, minerals, and metals sectors. The Senior Project Manager oversees small to medium projectsor components of large and mega projectswith moderate to high risk, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, technical standards, and stakeholder expectations. The role also contributes to business development through proposal management and strategic pursuits.

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, schedule, productivity, and budget.
• Oversee the execution of studies and projects to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate multidiscipline teams and resources to achieve project goals efficiently.
