Key Responsibilities :

AP & AR Transactions - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and payments

• Bank Reconciliations - Perform monthly reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Fixed Asset Management - Track acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules
• Journal Entries & General Ledger Support - Maintain financial integrity with accurate postings
• Month-End Closing - Assist with reconciliations and financial statement preparation
• Credit Card Expenditures - Analyze, record, and allocate expenses correctly
• Audit Support - Prepare financial documentation for external auditors
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Gather and analyze data to support decision-making
• Vendor & Customer Inquiries - Assist with financial transaction resolutions
