Sous Chef Qualifications :
- 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef with a full-service, upscale concept
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop their team
- High sales volume experience of $3+ million
- Steady tenures
- Competency with inventory and labor management
- Experience with corporate systems and protocol. Restaurant 365 experience is a huge plus.
Sous Chef Responsibilities :
Oversees and ensures compliance with the total operating profit for the designated area of responsibilityEnsures the restaurant is accountable for the successful execution of all operating systems (ordering, receiving, storage, inventory, etc.)Maintain food and labor costs equal to or below the company standardEnsures food quality of all products and menu items from purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, execution, and serviceEnsures that positive and corrective review feedback is immediately provided to the entire BOH staff and coaches the BOH staff to exceed performance standardsExecutive Chef Benefits :
