Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Supply Design

We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to design, develop, and test discreet transmit / receive (Tx / Rx) RF modules for advanced radar applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF circuit design, system integration, and performance optimization, with hands-on experience in taking designs from concept to production.

Conduct RF system-level analysis, link budget calculations, and trade-off studies.

Perform schematic capture, PCB layout reviews, and work closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal high-frequency performance.

Conduct laboratory testing, tuning, and validation of RF modules against specifications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering to ensure seamless product integration.

Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for performance anomalies.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or related field.

~5–8 years of experience in RF design, with a focus on radar or similar high-frequency applications (L,S,C, and X band).

~ Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power meters).

~ US Citizenship and ability to obtain / maintain a security clearance.

Electronics packaging concepts

Familiarity with thermal and mechanical considerations in high-frequency module packaging.
