Business Development Representative

A well-established Butte business is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to showcase your talent, build long-term client partnerships, and directly impact our growth.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Compensation : $18-$22 / hr + commission opportunities

Employment Type : Full-time, long-term

What You'll Do

Spend 20% of your time in the office setting appointments, calling clients, and nurturing leads

Spend 80% of your time in the field conducting follow-ups and strengthening client relationships

Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and strategic follow-ups

Manage accounts, track activity, and support clients with exceptional service

Conduct product demos, identify upsell opportunities, and support B2B sales efforts

Qualifications

Proven success in sales, business development, or account management

Driver's License and clean driving record

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

Experience with B2B sales, outside sales, or territory management

Comfortable with cold calling, appointment setting, and follow-up strategies

Analytical mindset for understanding client needs and presenting solutions

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
