Job Description

Pay Rate : $21.50

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7 : 00 pm-11 : 59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12 : 00am-4 : 59am)

• At the direction of the department supervisor assists in training employees to work in a safe and efficient manner
• Adheres to GMPs and pre-set safety standards
• Monitors predetermined quality and safety standards within assigned work areas. report findings to supervisor for follow-up
• Follows break and lunch schedules as determined by department supervisor
• Follows rotation schedules as determined by department supervisor
• Strives to achieve pre-determined plant production goals and schedules
• Assists co-workers in performing department job tasks safely and efficiently
• Assists in the completion of reports (e.g., production, QC, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor (i.e., hand out supplies, safety inspections etc.)
