Job descriptionJob Title : Licensed COTA In-Home Functional Living Support Company : Home Health Care, Inc. Proudly providing home care across Minnesota for 30 years Flexible roles with full or part-time scheduling and support from experienced therapy leadership Competitive per-visit pay and mileage reimbursement Team-focused culture and room to grow your skills with in-field mentorship What Youll Do : Carry out customized OT plans created by licensed OTs Guide clients through therapeutic activities focused on ADLs, fine motor skills, and cognitive engagement Educate families on strategies and home modifications that support client safety and quality of life Participate in interdisciplinary team updates to ensure cohesive care Use clear, timely documentation to support clinical outcomes and compliance Qualifications : Current Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license Valid drivers license and insured vehicle Home care experience is a plusbut training provided for COTAs ready to grow About Us :
