Position Highlights :

• Provide clinical oversight for the team while building strong relationships with our hospital partner leadership.
• Manage an open ICU but no procedures are required for this role.
• Responsibilities include rounding admissions discharges and cross coverage depending on the shift.
• Help manage two hospitals- a 265 bed and a 23-bed acute rehabilitation facility and an 82 acute care bed and a 99-bed extended care unit.
• Administrative Days are offered.
• 7 days on / 7 days off block scheduling or flexible scheduling.
• 12-hour clinical shifts.
