Responsibilities

• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Directing customers to merchandise within the store.
• Greeting customers on arrival and assisting the customer with questions about the purchase they want to make.
• Assisting with returns, refunds, and resolving common complaints.
