Trauma Level : Level II

EMR System : Epic and Cerner

Specialty Backup Available : APP / Nurse Practitioner support during daylight and weekends

Support Staff Available : APPs, NPs

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses : Active PA license highly preferred

Board : Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology

DEA : Required

Certifications : ACLS

Experience : Minimum 2 years in specialty

Other Qualifications : Must hold MD or DO credentials

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide call coverage starting at 0800

Perform outpatient and inpatient catheterizations

Handle STEMI cases and coverage

Coordinate with APPs and NPs for patient care

Participate in weekend rounding and discharges for IC / NIC / EP patients
