Wound Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive wound management across various healthcare settings, including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer wound treatments and advanced therapies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA using EMR systems
• Support clinical research and assist with pain management
• Bring experience in critical care, outpatient settings, procedures, and EMR systems
• Familiarity with geriatric, hospice, pediatric care, and infection control
• Preferred skills include telehealth, behavioral health, and home care experience

This full-time role offers a salary of $120,000-$150,000 annually plus benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position involves both in-person work and contributes to enhancing patient recovery and care quality.
