Summary :
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong cloud and data experience to build and modernize enterprise applications. This role works closely with UX / UI designers and software engineers to deliver scalable, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure, deep SQL Server expertise (on-prem and cloud), and a passion for turning data into useful applications. A key part of this role involves supporting analytical workflows—building data pipelines, creating interactive dashboards, and integrating with modern data platforms like Microsoft Fabric. The Full Stack Developer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Football Strategy, Analytics, and IT, to ensure data availability, security, and efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities :
Overseeing and leading all backend software development initiatives within the Front OfficeDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications in collaboration with UX / UI designers and software engineersProvide a consistent and powerful coding standard across the different repos in various languages to help ensure meaningful testing is accomplished and maintainable code is committedSupport the reliability of the databases, ensuring that they’re secure, scalable and perform efficientlyTranslate UX / UI designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfacesDevelop in-house libraries for both frontend and backend components to significantly reduce duplication of code and dramatically increase the consistency and maintainability of the many codebasesBuild and maintain secure, scalable backend services and APIsCollaborate with the Scouting department to evaluate their needs, analyze their requirements, and develop a solutionWork across on-prem and cloud environments, supporting hybrid architecturesBuild and maintain data pipelines to ingest, transform, and serve data from internal and external sourcesDevelop interactive dashboards and reporting tools to support analytical workflowsCollaborate with engineering, data, and infrastructure teams on architecture and migration strategyProtect operations by keeping confidential informationManage and optimize on-prem SQL Server databases, including performance tuning and troubleshootingMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societiesConduct code reviews and provide technical mentorshipQualifications :
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 5+ years of experience in full-stack software developmentStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure; familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms a plusExtensive experience with on-prem SQL Server and cloud-based SQL solutionsSkilled and experienced in Windows Operating Systems, server architecture, and cloud securityExperience working in cross-functional teams, including UX / UI and engineeringProficiency with modern front-end frameworksExperience modernizing legacy applicationsHigh level of integrity and the ability to exercise discretion over confidential informationStrong organization skills and attention to detailExperience with modern data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similarWork closely with programmers to integrate, produce and translate football operations concepts and requests into working and functional solutionsWork closely with football video department to manage, support, and maintain integration capabilities, providing recommendations, as neededStrong experience with backend technologies (.NET, Node.js, Java, or Python)Excellent communication and writing skillsAbility and willingness to work long and flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsCloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesFamiliarity with dashboard frameworks (R Shiny, Streamlit, or similar) a plusFeatured Benefits :
