Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a strong and compassionate leader to join our team as Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will oversee all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality care for our residents. This position requires committed leadership skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Eddy Heritage House Nursing & Rehab Center is a 122 bed (80 long term care beds, 40 subacute rehab beds and 2 respite beds) skilled nursing facility located in the heart of Troy, NY, dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. We take pride in our commitment to creating a warm and supportive environment that fosters well-being and dignity for all.

Experience : Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. BSN.

Pay Range : $50.85 - $64.70

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
