Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across national accounts
• Build and nurture relationships with clients in Multi-Family, Commercial Property, and Healthcare Facility Management sectors
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and growth objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure excellent client satisfaction and service delivery
• Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
• Track and report sales activity and results to leadership
• Continuously research market trends and emerging opportunities
