Overview
The Senior Analyst, Strategy & Transformation in Information Security operates as a dynamic change agent within the Office of the CISO. This role brings together management consulting expertise with innovative problem-solving skills to enhance cybersecurity across Lowes. Collaborating closely with security leadership, this position is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives that encourage adoption and foster behavioral change throughout the organization.
What You Will Do
- Act as a strategic advisor, enhancing executive visibility through creative problem-solving, visual strategy creation, and compelling storytelling for impactful initiatives.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies that encourage lasting behavioral transformation in IT and business units, promoting sustainable adoption of security practices and compliance standards.
- Create executive-quality presentations, dashboards, and strategic communications to support informed decision-making and showcase progress on security initiatives.
- Develop innovative digital assets and visual content for security awareness campaigns, executive reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a strategic advisor for cybersecurity transformation projects, employing management consulting methodologies to address complex organizational challenges.
- Facilitate executive discussions to gather insights, build organizational consensus, and align security initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate with security services teams to cultivate strategic adoption strategies and stakeholder messaging, without directly managing their operations.
- Lead workshops and design sessions focused on identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Support security awareness initiatives by translating intricate compliance requirements into actionable strategies and engaging content to enhance organizational understanding.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.5-7 years of experience in strategy consulting, change management, or business transformation roles with a focus on cybersecurity or technology initiatives.Demonstrated ability to influence and engage C-suite executives through impactful presentations and strategic discussions.Advanced skills in presentation and design tools, with a proven track record of creating professional materials and compelling visual narratives.Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles, risk management concepts, and governance frameworks, with an ability to communicate technical concepts to varied audiences.Experience in designing and executing change management strategies in large, complex organizations with regulatory requirements.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive narratives and tailoring messages for diverse audiences.Preferred Skills / Education
MBA preferred, particularly with a technical undergraduate degree.Experience with a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) with exposure to cybersecurity or technology transformation initiatives.Change management certifications (Prosci, Kotter, etc.) or relevant industry certifications.Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.), regulatory standards, and governance principles, with experience in translating compliance needs into actionable strategies.Experience with technology transformation initiatives, security program implementation, or GRC program development in Fortune 500 companies.Skills in video production, digital marketing, multimedia content creation, and storytelling.Previous engagement with developer communities, large technical audiences, or compliance-focused stakeholder groups.Understanding of security service delivery models and governance processes.Where You'll Be
Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte region to foster collaboration and improve testing and support.Lowes follows a Flex Office model, requiring in-person work two days a week at the Charlotte Tech Hub.Most business meetings are scheduled in the Eastern time zone.About Lowes

Pay Range : $95,100.00 - $180,700.00 annually. Starting pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and experience.
