Housekeeper / Household Assistant (Part-Time, ~30 hrs / week)

Busy household seeking a reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper / household assistant. The core of this role is cleaning, laundry, and meal prep, with added responsibilities for errands, household management, pet care, and occasional family support.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning & Laundry

Regular cleaning, tidying, laundry, organization, and sheet changes

Occasional deep cleaning (baseboards, oven, fridge, windows)

Meal Prep

Light cooking, meal prep, and kitchen cleanup

Errands & Household Operations

Put away grocery deliveries, quick shopping trips, and returns

Restocking and managing household supplies

Pet Care

Dog cleanup, coordinating grooming appointments, and basic pet care

Scheduling

Schedule household appointments (repairs, services, deliveries)

Children

Light, occasional help with two elementary-aged children (before / after school as needed)

Schedule & Hours

~30 hours / week, typically 3 weekdays

About 8 hours / day, starting around 7 : 30 AM (flexible when needed)

Requirements

Background check required

Comfortable with dogs (pet care included)

Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle required

Prior housekeeping / household management experience preferred

Trustworthy, proactive, and organized

Compensation
