Quality Inspector

Are you ready to take the next step in your technical career? We're looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team in Stafford, TX. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll perform detailed inspections using precision and non-precision measurement tools, follow established procedures and standards, and help maintain our dedication to excellence in every product we deliver!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Responsible for the evaluation of a finished product for quality and reliability
• Performs inspection tasks anywhere in the facility or outside of the facility as directed
• Troubleshoots rejected materials and communicates with the Quality Manager or Quality Supervisor
• Determines and documents findings of inspection tasks (i.e. accepts or rejects)

For This Role, You Will Need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED required
• Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience as a Quality Inspector in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Understands quality management systems
• Ability to read and understand complex manufacturing drawings
• Understands and is proficient with micrometers, dial bore gauges, snap ring gauges, plug gauges, thread gauges and other measurement tools and equipment
• Communicates effectively; good oral/written communication skills
• Understands CMM programming (preferred)
