Position Overview :
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team in Denver. This role is fully on-site and involves a mix of technical troubleshooting, asset management, and physical inventory handling. The ideal candidate will have experience with PC maintenance, imaging, and ticketing systems, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires both technical and logistical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for PC hardware / software issues, including break / fix and troubleshooting.
- Manage and track shipments using vendor image processing and shipping tracking systems.
- Utilize Active Directory and internal tools to diagnose and resolve system issues.
- Maintain and update inventory using air-asset management systems.
- Process and resolve tickets using ServiceNow.
- Image and deploy computers for end users.
- Maintain inventory control using First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methodology.
- Create and maintain internal documentation (KBAs).
- Ensure proper packing and handling of IT equipment; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and climb ladders as needed.
- Drive to local sites or vendors as required (valid drivers license required).
Qualifications
13 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.Experience with asset management and inventory control.Proficiency in imaging computers and managing PC hardware.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Must be able to lift 25 lbs and climb ladders.Preferred Skills
