Underwriter II
Under supervision, underwrite loans originated through the HMFA loan programs including modifications; track condominium projects; review submitted appeal requests prior to final management approval; train lenders and Agency personnel on HMFA procedures; respond to inquiries regarding the underwriting process; enter loans on the computer. Perform related duties as required.

Education / Experience : Two (2) year college degree; five (5) years of business experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience that meets the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Certificates & Licenses Required : A valid driver's license in the State in which the person resides is required only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
