🔎 About the Role
We’re looking for talented Backend Engineers to join a high-growth AI startup that’s building automation tools for complex operational workflows. You’ll work directly with the founding team, own critical systems, and help scale the company’s core machine learning engine. This is an opportunity to have deep product and technical ownership from day one.
- Architect and scale backend systems for performance and reliability
- Build and ship new automation features using AI and OCR technologies
- Collaborate closely with founders to design, develop, and deliver impactful solutions
- Influence the technical roadmap and help define engineering best practices
- Contribute to early engineering culture as one of the first hires
