It’s a chance to step into leadership and work directly with top performers — learning everything from paid ads and creative testing to brand strategy and team management.

The Role

You’ll manage marketing campaigns across several brands inside Rapid Home Service Group.

Each brand has its own look, feel, and audience — your job is to help each one stand out while keeping the system running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll support our Marketing Director on ad management, oversee a small team of overseas vendors, and coordinate everything from creative production to campaign tracking.

What You’ll Do

• Help manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Track performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters (many remote / overseas)
• Assist in planning and managing brand marketing budgets
• Help build landing pages, funnels, and email campaigns
• Manage marketing schedules, deadlines, and performance reports
• Learn and implement marketing systems and automations (GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Collaborate directly with leadership to execute growth initiatives
