Overview
We're hiring a Lead Financial Advisor on behalf of our client—a fast-growing, family-built wealth management firm in Arizona. This is an on-site leadership role in Tempe with warm lead flow provided.
Compensation : 100K base + production payouts; six-figure potential in year one
Responsibilities
- Lead the Tempe office as both advisor and culture carrier
- Manage a pipeline of warm marketing leads (TV, radio, events, digital)
