Scope of Position : The Program Coordinator oversees the delivery of comprehensive support services to adults with histories of homelessness, serious mental illness, and / or substance use disorders who are living independently in the community. This role includes supervising case managers, ensuring quality and timely documentation, conducting apartment inspections, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Coordinator also trains staff in culturally responsive, client-centered practices and assists in crisis intervention as needed. Additionally, they support clients with accessing benefits, housing resources, and healthcare, while ensuring program readiness for audits and site visits. On-call crisis support is shared among supervisory staff.
