Job Summary : The ESPRIT Programmer will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines using ESPRIT CAM software. This role requires deep knowledge of machining practices, materials, and the ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs using ESPRIT CAM software.
• Set up and operate CNC mills and / or lathes to produce precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials.
• Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining or programming issues.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
