Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or steakhouse environment. Proven leadership skills with a polished presentation. Strong understanding of inventory controls, ordering, and program management. Experience managing a high-end wine list and beverage program. Previous experience in a high-volume beverage management role. Passion for educating and inspiring the service team to enhance beverage sales. Familiarity with operational duties and a willingness to work shifts alongside managing the program. Oversee and manage a large wine and liquor inventory, ensuring quality and consistency. Collaborate with the service team to enhance their knowledge and sales techniques. Execute operational tasks with a focus on maintaining high service standards. Engage with guests and staff to create an inviting and energetic atmosphere. Maintain organization and efficiency in beverage program management.
