Were currently hiring a Fleet Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our specialized fleet across Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie locations. This role ensures our field teams have safe, reliable, and efficiently managed equipment, with occasional travel required for inspections or storm response.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and ANSI Z133 regulationsManage maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles and heavy equipmentOptimize logistics, routing, and vehicle utilization across multiple job sitesSupervise dispatching activities to ensure timely delivery of equipmentLead, mentor, and develop the fleet service teamMaintain vehicle records, titles, registrations, liens, and fuel / purchasing card programsManage driver compliance, including qualification files, medical certificates, MVRs, Hours-of-Service, and random drug / alcohol testingFoster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvementTop Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred)Proven experience in fleet or operations management, preferably in utilities or transportationStrong knowledge of DOT regulations, compliance, and fleet management softwareLeadership experience managing teams and projects remotelyExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsComfortable working in office and outdoor settings, including occasional inspectionsWorking Conditions :
Primarily office-based, with site visits for inspections and meetingsMust be able to travel to facilities or job sites as neededOccasional lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing, or vehicle inspectionsFull-time availability required, including potential extended hours during storm seasonDrive efficiency.
