About the Job

At Oxalis were seeking a motivated Principal Consultant to join our team to provide innovative comprehensive and valuable solutions to companies in crop science and agriculture. The Principal Consultant role is a senior consulting position responsible for driving high-value engagements delivering expert guidance to customers and contributing to the growth and success of the firm. You will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders shaping technology strategy and leading high-impact teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead in the architecture of tailored solutions to unique customer needs and support system integrations involving complex environments and workflows.
• Analyze and assess business processes systems and workflows identify gaps and contribute to the prioritization of process improvements.
• Oversee and manage full engagement lifecycles ensuring both Oxalis and the customer achieve measurable success.
• Communicate ideas and recommendations effectively build trust through empathy and active listening and present to diverse stakeholders.
• Participate in solution lifecycle from initial scoping to post-implementation support including workflow design system configuration and issue resolution.
• Identify and scope new engagements expansions and value-added services within existing accounts.
• Actively contribute to business development proposal creation and practice growth initiatives.
• Support operational strategies to enhance efficiency scalability and consultant effectiveness.
• Lead teams of consultants and technical specialists setting direction and ensuring excellence in delivery.

This is a remote position and while the person will be working from home it is important that Candidates live in the St. Louis Area to travel on-site to a customer location 2-3 days per week.
