Key Responsibilities
Drive proactive partner enablement and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery
Act as the internal liaison to various teams to resolve issues and share program updates
Analyze and report program metrics to enhance commercial visibility and performance
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a SaaS, customer-facing role with strong program / partner management skills
Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer support or operational tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks or projects simultaneously
