Sr. Business Analyst role is a specialized position that focuses on analyzing business , managing, and optimizing data related to Active Directory within an organization.

Qualifications :

  • Experience :

Prior experience in a consulting role or a client-facing position is essential, reflecting a strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver value.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Active Directory management, data analysis, and IAM processes.
  • Experience managing a small team and delegating responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills :

    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and advanced Excel / Google Sheets functionalities is critical.

  • Communication & Documentation :

    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong documentation skills to ensure that processes, findings, and recommendations are clearly recorded and accessible.
  • Independence & Teamwork :

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing positively to a team environment.
