Overview

The Senior Construction Manager - Outside Plant (OSP) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all field construction activities and managing a team of Construction Managers (CMs) and field supervisors. This individual ensures that OSP projects are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and has extensive experience in field operations, team leadership, and large-scale OSP network deployments.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Field Leadership & Oversight

• Serve as the primary leader for all field-based construction activities across multiple OSP projects.
• Directly oversee and mentor a team of Construction Managers, ensuring consistent execution and accountability across regions or project sites.
• Maintain a strong and regular presence in the field - leading by example and ensuring field teams are supported, informed, and aligned with company goals.
• Resolve escalated issues in the field related to logistics, permitting, crew performance, safety, and subcontractor management.
