Technical QA Analyst

A company is looking for a Technical QA Analyst II to ensure high-quality product delivery within the JUDI platform.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues while conducting root cause analysis

Monitor and analyze system logs to validate application functionality and detect anomalies

Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to translate business requirements into actionable test plans

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field strongly preferred

3+ years of experience in a QA Analyst, Software Engineer, Business Analyst, or related role

Proficiency in Python and strong SQL experience; familiarity with SQLAlchemy is preferred

Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and workflows
