Job descriptionPartner with engineers working on ranking systems and machine learning models to ensure research insights inform technical development. Translate complex user data into meaningful recommendations for product and engineering teams. Synthesize research findings into compelling narratives using presentations, reports, workshops, and other creative formats. Advocate for user needs across all levels of the organization, ensuring insights are integrated into product decisions. Work closely with researchers, designers, product managers, data scientists, marketers, and engineers across multiple teams. Ensure research delivers a holistic view of user behavior and supports product development across the app ecosystem. Deliver high-quality insights under tight deadlines, maintaining agility across multiple projects. Identify opportunities to improve research processes and contribute to best practices. Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, Social Science, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in product or user research. Proven expertise in research design, survey development, and statistical analysis (e.g., linear / logistic regression, ANOVA, t-tests, Chi-square). Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python (Jupyter), R, or SPSS. Advanced knowledge of online survey platforms and data analysis tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with complex technologies involving machine learning and ranking systems. Master's or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, Social Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product / user research. Advanced statistical expertise (e.g., Hierarchical Linear Modeling, Latent Factor Analysis). Demonstrated ability to lead impactful research programs that influence product strategy. Experience in digital advertising, monetization, or related domains.
