The Sell Agent Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

Pay Range : $40,000-$60,000 plus incentive

Hours : Open Availability

Location : Dallas, TX

Responsibilities

Driveway website concierge / brand promise expert :

Customer Concierge :

Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward

Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application

Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer's home.

Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM / email

Maintain activity log

Other duties as assigned
