About The Position

• Shifts available Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm or Monday through Thursday 8am - 6pm
• 4 - 5 patients treated per day
• Home health experience strongly preferred
• Dysphagia and swallow assessment experience required
• Common diagnoses include CVA, ALS, MS, and various levels of dementia
• Background in rehab SNF helpful if no home health experience
• 2 years of experience required
• 13-week assignment
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
