We’re hiring our first Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina to launch and lead the state’s clinical operations. You’ll start with your own caseload and evolve into the North Carolina State Clinical Director role as we grow.
If you’re a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to build something lasting, this is your opportunity to shape a high-quality ABA program from the ground up.
Your Role (First 6–12 Months)
Collaborate with leadership on credentialing, and payer setup
Establish onboarding systems, protocols, and quality measures
Define and uphold a “gold standard” of ABA care
Provide assessments, treatment planning, and family support
Manage a caseload of 10–12 clients
Supervise and develop a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Career Growth Path
Startup Stage (0–40 clients) : Founding BCBA – Deliver care + build systems
Expansion Stage (40–80 clients) : Lead BCBA – More supervision + operational influence
Established Stage (80+ clients, 3+ BCBAs) : NC State Clinical Director – Lead strategy, mentor BCBAs, oversee statewide quality
Job Type : Full-time or Part-time
Pay : $80.00 – $100.00 / hour

Qualifications – Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active BCBA® certification + North Carolina LBA license (or license-eligible)
Minimum 3 years post-certification with experience supervising RBTs
Strong clinical, leadership, and organizational skills
Dedication to ethical, evidence-based ABA care
Excitement for system-building and long-term leadership
Bonus Points : Prior program launch experience, specialties (assent-based care, severe behavior, AAC), bilingual ability
Where & When You’ll Work
Hybrid role : in-home / community visits within ~40 miles of your base
Remote days for documentation & planning
Occasional evening / weekend sessions with differential pay
