About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial interior build-outs and renovation projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and fast-paced retail or office environments. This role requires strong field leadership, scheduling expertise, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of interior construction projects , ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules using MS Project, Procore, or similar software.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and clients to maintain alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure full understanding of scope and details.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among all project stakeholders.
