Job description

Full time Care Manager II (RN) openings in the  McAllen, TX area  with a major healthcare company!   Apply now to Jake Zambuto with A-Line!

Position will start off Remote but will eventually return to office after covid restrictions are lifted

PAY RATE :  $35-40 per hour based on experience

Schedule :

  • MONDAY – FRIDAY 8am-5pm

Job Duties

  • Assist with member tasks – follow up with members regarding coordination of care
  • Follow up with providers and doctors’ offices

    • Describe the performance expectations / metrics for this individual and their team :

  • Provided a monthly caseload (20 per month)
  • Required to follow up with members on a weekly basis

    • Required :

  • At least 1 year of Case Management experience
  • Home health / hospital background
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
