Senior Electrical Estimator

MissionXI is partnering with a leading electrical contractor based in the DMV area to recruit a Senior Electrical Estimator.

Our client is one of the most respected and well-established contractors in the region, delivering world-class construction services across the mission-critical sector, with a strong focus on data center projects.

Following a recent acquisition, the company is experiencing significant growth and expanding its estimating team to support a rapidly increasing project pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving their continued expansion across the region and beyond.

Requirements :

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably with mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record of bidding and winning large-scale electrical packages ($10M–$100M+).
• Proficient in electrical estimating software such as Accubid, Trimble Estimation, ConEst, McCormick, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of power distribution system, UPS systems, generators, switchgear, and busway.
• Ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and scope documents to prepare detailed take-offs and estimates.
• Experience developing conceptual, schematic, design-development, and GMP-level estimates.
• Strong capability to quantify materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract costs.
